Y10 Table Tennis vs Grove Academy
In a captivating table tennis match against Grove, the AMIGS team consisting of 10 players demolished the opposition across the 80 matches by 76-4. The matches were played with exceptional skill and good sportsmanship. Each player had an impressive performance, including the player who lost the most matches! Regardless, AMIGS was able to secure a convincing win.
Y9 Table Tennis vs Langley Academy
The AMIGS Year 9 table tennis team, consisting of 10 players went over to Langley Academy for a showdown. The overall conclusion of this showdown was an AMIGS defeat by 4 games, with a final score of 49-41. Our players fought hard, and although we lost, hope to win next time Insha’Allah.
Table Tennis: AMIGS Year 8 vs Grove Academy Year 9
Nine players from the Year 8 table tennis team went to play Grove Academy on Thursday 30th January. Every player played one of the 10 opponents, making 90 matches in all. The team continued their unbeaten streak, demolishing Grove Academy by 87 wins to 3! All of the team members contributed strongly to the win, and are looking forward with great anticipation to their upcoming fixtures.
